This means that when cooked, the roti is not only wonderfully crispy on the outside but also soft and fluffy on the inside because of its multiple layers.  Getting here:  Junction of Jalan Ungku Aziz and Jalan Bukti Chagar . Just look for the line of cars parked along the side of the road leading up to the stall, you can’t miss it!
